Why we do it

WE DO WHAT WE DO, SIMPLY BECAUSE WE WANT TO SEE YOU SUCCEED

Geminus Training’s directors bring substantial experience in the development, management and delivery of regional and national innovation and business support programmes. Having worked with a vast range of businesses coving all sizes and sectors, Richard and Nick’s reason for Geminus Training is clear within the company’s mission, vision and values.

Richard says: “My ‘Why’ is to help people share my passion for innovation, discovery and learning. For me, it’s about companies and employees really starting to – and being allowed to – think for themselves. Most companies vastly underestimate the knowledge, experience and creativity within their people. We want to help companies to develop their people so, firstly, these people feel more valued and enjoy their roles more, but also they contribute to the generation of more revenue, or made a great saving which contributes to profitability.”

Nick says “We are continually being told that the UK productivity is lagging behind other economies. And whilst we all know the financial restrictions that can often limit investment to improve our productivity, there is an answer – right in front of us, every single day – our people. My ‘Why’ is to help more businesses see the impacts of truly engaging with their people and the profound effects this has on people’s lives and businesses. People feel safer, valued and inspired – and businesses see improved bottom lines – a true win-win”
